The Custom House is a Salcombe landmark sitting adjacent to the Lifeboat Station in the very heart of the town. Constructed in the mid 19th Century the property has spectacular views over the main Salcombe anchorage towards East Portlemouth and has been extensively refurbished over recent years to a very good standard throughout.
The house is ideally set up for one or two families but is also the perfect retreat for smaller groups looking to enjoy the spectacular location at quieter times of the year.
Gas fired central heating and hot water throughout. Regret no smoker or pets are permitted. Telephone available for incoming and local calls only. Mooring available (tides permitting) for a tender up to 8".
